About me
I am Bence Deli, a software development student in Hungary and I'm looking for my first job. I've been creating websites since elementary school and programming since high school.
I've always had a knack for problem-solving, so programming came relatively easily at first. However, I've since learned that there's always more to learn. If you think you know everything, you simply haven't discovered the next challenge.
I easily learn new things, especially when they pique my interest. I'm always looking for new technologies and practices to experiment with, and I often adopt them.
I make sure to always use a version control system like Git and GitHub for my projects.

MY SKILLS
I was first introduced to website building in elementary school and have been creating them ever since.
Frameworks such as Svelte and Vue have been a great help in my projects. I have experimented with them and have used them in multiple projects.
The JavaScript canvas has been a useful tool since I created my first simple paint application.
I learned Node.js when I created my first Discord bot. Since then, I've made multiple bots and other apps using this technology.
I learned the basics of PHP out of curiousity, and had the opportunity to learn about Laravel in school.
I learned the basics of these technologies while searching for a backend framework for my projects.
Python was one of the first languages I learned extensively. It was taught in school for two years, and I still use it occasionally.
After Python, our school switched to C#. Since then, I've participated in programming competitions and created many programs in C#.
I learned the basics of Compose while creating an Android application to help me study for my exams. It was a great experience, and I enjoyed using the framework.
Projects
A website written in Vue that a classmate and I created for our school's 150th-anniversary. It was sadly never put into production.
Conway's Game of Life, written in C# using .NET MAUI
A pathfinding visualizer written in vanilla TypeScript using the Canvas API.
A Tic-Tac-Toe application written in Svelte.
An Android application created using Jetpack Compose to help the user learn using simple flashcards.
The front-end of a webshop, written in Svelte as our school's final project.
